At DIGITALSYNAPSE LTD, we prioritize ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with our services. In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to processing error, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to fulfill your design order according to our delivery policy, we offer a refund of the complete design order amount.
Refund Process:
All refund requests will be handled according to the following guidelines:
Requests made within 48 hours are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
Requests made between 48 to 120 hours are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we encourage customers to contact us with any concerns for resolution.
Failure to provide project briefing and requirements within 7 days renders the payment non-refundable.
To initiate a refund request, please communicate with our support department. DIGITALSYNAPSE LTD reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests based on individual circumstances and adherence to the user agreement.
How to Claim Your Refund:
To ensure prompt processing of your refund request, please follow these steps:
Contact us to specify your concern and initiate the refund request.
We will attempt to address your concern through our revision policy. If unresolved, we will email you an approval from our refund department.
After the refund is processed, all design rights will be transferred to DIGITALSYNAPSE LTD. Customers agree not to display any version of the refunded design. Additionally:
Customers acknowledge relinquishing any rights to use the design or its contents.
DIGITALSYNAPSE LTD will share Copyright Acquisition information with Government Copyright Agencies to prevent reuse of refunded designs as original designs in the future.
